MMA Clothing Returns & Exchanges Information

 

  1. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes of course.

We are happy to return or exchange your item with one of equal value within 30 days, if unworn and proof of purchase is provided.

Simply contact us and we will email or post you a Returns & Exchanges form, then follow the instructions on the form.  

  1. What is the process for refunds?

For a refund, contact us and we will email or post you a Returns & Exchanges form, complete the Refunds/Exchanges form indicating the reason for the return and send it to us including the Tax Invoice. Please take a copy if you want to keep a copy of your Tax Invoice. Goods must be returned within 30 days unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).  For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post, as MMA Clothing is not liable for lost return parcels.

  1. What do I do to exchange an item?

For an exchange, contact us and we will email or post you a Returns & Exchanges form, complete the Refunds/Exchanges form indicating the reason for the exchange and the product name, size, and colour you are wanting to exchange it for. This item must be the same value as the item you’re returning. Then send it back to us including the Tax Invoice. Please take a copy if you want to keep a copy of your Tax Invoice. Goods must be returned within 30 days unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached.

For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest insured registered post, as MMA Clothing is not liable for lost return parcels. We will then gladly cover the cost of shipping your new product. 

  1. What if I have a faulty item?

 If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. In cases where a faulty item was received a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return costs on the faulty item. Please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a clear description of the fault.
